Henrietta Ajaero

Henrietta Ajaero is Atmosphere’s Academy High School Special Education Teacher. Henrietta serves as a Social Studies Integrated Co-Teacher and will provide Special Education Teacher Support Services (SETTS) at the high school. She has over two decades of classroom experience, professional development, and curriculum design across various disciplines. In this previous capacity, Henrietta was trained in Applied Behavior Analysis and was nominated as Teacher of the Year by the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship. Henrietta holds an MPA from Eastern Michigan University and an MSEd from the College of Saint Rose. As a mother of six children, she believes every family has the highest aspiration for their scholar. Henrietta is committed to working with families and their scholars to realize this aspiration.
